Streamline All Inspection Activities
Reduce the time spent on the final inspection process by 60% with tighter monitoring of project deliverables & materials and better coordination done on Steer
How the Solution Works
1. Marking a Deliverable as Done
Have visibility on accomplished items that are marked "Done" in the Gantt chart. This way, you can track if there are upcoming inspections to be done together with representatives from the contractor and owner.

2. On-Site Inspection
Steer makes inspection even more convenient. By using the app on a tablet, easily grade jobs, either Passed, Failed, or Passed with Punch List Items and tag into the design plan where the item is located. Add details such as the issue and attach photos. This creates a fully-detailed guide of what needs to be repaired and makes work more convenient.

3. Rework/Addressing of Punch List Items
See identified punch list items and assign workers and/or subcontractors and to address the issues.

4. Cleared Work Package For Full or Partial Payment
As the rework is accomplished, Steer initiates the full or partial payment to the fit-out contractor subject to re-inspection. Once the rework has passed the quality inspection, the general contractor can manually start the payment request.
