New feature: Global Reports

Global Reports enables you to link several workflows and record apps together to build reports that matter to your organization and give you a better picture of your business.

Creating a report consists of two parts: building a data model and creating the table report.

• Simple drag and drop relationship mapping, no need for coding!

• Create as many data models needed for various reports

• Customizable table headers. You can also re-order

• Exportable to Excel (as a csv file)

• Generate reports filtered by date. You can also sort according to the different parameters you have set in your table.

Note: Currently, report creators can only use two resources at a time in creating a report. Graphs and charts are coming soon.

Update: Mobile UI for iOS and Android

We've refreshed our mobile interface so that you can keep on top of your assignments and ticket requests.

Your requests are on top of the list, where you can also view which step it is at in the process.

You can also view the list of tickets assigned to you, filtered by status.
