Identify members of the group that are enabled to see the whole progression of a ticket. Assign a whole department or even just an individual user as your process viewers
Configure the actors for the processes
Add actors and assign users to take on these roles. You can select from your groups or choose individually who you want to be the approver in each process lane. This could be an employee, a manager, or C-Suite executives


Add steps
Now that you have your actors, add the steps to connect their corresponding actions. Feel free to add more lanes if more steps following a certain request are needed such as more approval layers
