1. Uploading of Project Plan & BOQ
Easily create a Cost Breakdown Structure by uploading your project plan and cost of materials to Steer.
2. Marking a Deliverable as Done
Closely monitor progress by marking accomplished items "Done" in the Gantt chart. This way, you can track if your items are delivered on time and see what could be causing delays.

3. On-Site Inspection
Steer makes inspection even more convenient. By using the app on a tablet, easily grade jobs, either Passed, Failed, or Passed with Punch List Items and tag into the design plan where the item is located. Add details such as the issue and attach photos.
4. Rework/Addressing of Punch List Items
Easily route punch list items to the concerned contractor to assign workers and/or subcontractors and to address the issues
5. Cleared Work Package For Full or Partial Payment
As the rework is accomplished, Steer initiates the full or partial payment to the contractor subject to re-inspection. Once the rework has passed the quality inspection, the contractor can manually start the payment request.
