Steer makes it easy for contractors to submit and track requests for information.
From the drawing/plan or directly via the RFI solution, the contractor fills out the form and specifies the subject of their inquiry, the specializations involved, and the details of the inquiry.
The Project Manager reviews the ticket submitted and assigns it to the consultant that can best address the questions from the contractor
Steer is MODULAR - this means it can be rolled out quickly to solve your most pressing challenges in construction management
The consultant/designer receives the ticket and responds to the questions. They may expound on their answers in the ‘Response’ field and add documents.
This will be routed to the Project Manager for review to ensure that all questions are answered.
Once approved by the Project Manager, the ticket is routed back to the contractor where they can access the needed information to proceed with their work and accomplish tasks on time.
