Why is Core ₱200 when competitors charge similar prices for less? +
We anchor at the PH market rate. Core is meant to be a no-brainer switch from Sprout for firms that don't need projects/billing.
Why is Pro 2× Core? +
Project management, billing data, contractor compliance, and contracts are a meaningful additional engineering surface. Most PH professional services firms need this; pure HR teams don't.
Why is AI 3× Core? +
AI features carry real per-call costs. We bundle them at a price that makes the unit economics work for both of us. If you don't want them, Core or Pro work fine — the AI is additive, not load-bearing.
What if I have 200 employees? +
Talk to us. We do volume pricing for 100+ employee tenants and custom pricing for Enterprise (on-prem option, custom integrations).
What about GST/VAT? +
We're a Singapore-registered entity. We don't charge GST below the S$1M revenue threshold. PH customers pay in PHP without VAT; talk to your accountant about whether you need a PH-issued invoice for input VAT credit (we can arrange one).
