Of which ₱10,000 MSC is Mandatory Provident Fund (regular SSS caps at ₱20,000 MSC).

Both shares go to SSS. The employer collects and remits both — yours via payroll deduction, theirs from operating expenses. The EC premium is fully employer-paid.

Sources. RA 11199 (Social Security Act of 2018) and SSS Circulars implementing the scheduled rate increases. The 15% rate, ₱5,000 floor, and ₱35,000 ceiling are the 2025-onwards values; verify against the current SSS Contribution Table for special cases (kasambahay, OFWs, self-employed, voluntary members).

What we don't model here. Kasambahay rates (employer pays both shares up to ₱5K MSC), OFW contributions (different table), voluntary members, household employer obligations.
